Shipping Policy
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Shipping and UPS Ground within 2-3 business days after placing your order. For all wholesale orders, please allow up to 10 business days after the order has been placed for shipping, as they are made to order and individually hand-poured and inspected. All orders will be provided with a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. Choose the desired shipping method at checkout.

However, we will gladly replace or refund any damaged products during shipping. Please submit a photo of your unused, damaged product within 2 days of delivery to help@heavenscentcollective.com to receive a reshipment of your product. Email us for further information.
